Pilates is a full body workout with an equal focus of strength and flexibility. It’s an excellent exercise discipline suited for all physical fitness levels. Its body conditioning character acts as a great compliment to the conditioning of any other exercise or daily life as it builds and improves upon functional fitness and movement patterns. Regular practice of pilates will allow you to achieve improvement of movement efficiency and freedom. Pilates develops all the muscles in your body uniformly so you move through ease and prevent body pain.
No workout is exactly the same.
Each workout is tailored for your needs that day. Using different equipments or props, the workout is aimed to address the muscles imbalance, strengthening the whole body and increase your flexibility.
The low impact nature and precise movements in Pilates makes it suitable for all level of clients with any kind of injuries , while its athletic focus will guarantee you get a good sweat, the overall result is looking taller, leaner and mental freedom.

Private Training
45min or 55 mins
One client to one instructor session. Completely tailored to your own needs. Best for clients who are new to Pilates (check out the New Client Intro Package); recovering from injuries; and who want to deepen ones Pilates practice.
Meet virtually, outdoor or at studio.

Small Group Training
45 mins
2-4 clients to one instructor in each session. Great for a few friends who would want to get together, giving each other motivation to stay fit. The whole class will be based on the mat and small props will be incorporated to deepen the work.

Group Mat Classes
40 mins
The whole class will be done on the mat. Some small props such as a band, hand weights will be included in the class.
